Live your best life
“It feels almost as if I had never experienced a moment of worry, panic, or fear in my entire life.”
-Jerilyn Jordan, Detroit Metro Times
Hypnosis creates a bridge between the conscious and unconscious minds. By strengthening this connection and interrupting our habitual thoughts, we can change our beliefs about ourselves and what we are capable of. This creates real positive change in our behaviors and our lives.
What is hypnosis like?
Unlike what you see in the movies, hypnosis is not a loss of control. Hypnosis is the deliberate use of communication to guide the subject into a natural state of concentration and imagination. Hypnotized subjects usually retain full awareness during a session; there is no "blackout" or loss of memory. Hypnosis is different for everyone, and many subjects report feeling calm, comfortable, curious, and even energized. Won't it be interesting to find out what hypnosis is like for you?
What can hypnosis be used for?
Subjects around the world have found hypnosis beneficial with:
smoking and other addictions
increased confidence/improved public speaking
release from fears and phobias
